Briar Bertram is one of the most experienced women's Lacrosse players on the field in New Zealand at the moment, and her baby? She isn't even 1 yet! She is agile, fast and stuns goal keepers and is an epic team player. But behind closed doors she dealt with delays in conception, decisions around when to start her family and COVID all muddled in the middle. The outcome? An active Mumma aware of her body, giving it the rest and recovery it deserved before going head first into team trainings, gym sessions and juggling her daughter in amongst the chaos of her active life.
